Job Summary

Vaco is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead our Revenue Cycle operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle, from billing and credit management to collections and customer master data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Billing and Credit Management: Ensure accurate and timely billing processes, including EDI transmissions, and perform credit reviews of new customers.
  • Collections and Customer Master Data: Oversee collections functions, manage a team of accounts receivable associates, and establish and maintain customer master data for transportation and warehousing customers.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive financial reports and analyses to support business decisions, including identification of financial and operational related matters.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team to ensure timely invoicing and collections, and provide training and mentoring to staff.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial operations, with a focus on revenue cycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
