Job Overview

As a Client Integration Specialist at UnisLink, you will be the key liaison for new clients throughout their onboarding journey. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal departments, such as sales, account management, and accounts receivable, to ensure a smooth onboarding process. You will engage with clients for the initial 90 days before transitioning them to their designated Client Experience team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding journey for new clients, guaranteeing a smooth transition into our Revenue Cycle Management services.
  • Engage with clients to collect essential information, documentation, and credentials necessary for onboarding.
  • Review and verify all pertinent documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Maintain precise and current records for each client, in line with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Work with internal teams to set up and configure client information within the company’s systems.
  • Ensure accurate entry and synchronization of client data across relevant platforms.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients, offering guidance on the utilization of RCM tools and processes.
  • Address client inquiries and provide ongoing assistance during the onboarding phase.
  • Identify and resolve any challenges that may arise during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement timely and effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of onboarding processes, proposing improvements to streamline operations and elevate client satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service throughout the onboarding period.
  • Collect feedback from clients and relay insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client onboarding within the healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management sector is preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to revenue cycle management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and system configurations.
  • Demonstrated capability to identify issues and proactively pursue resolutions.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in utilizing various software and platforms associated with client onboarding and revenue cycle management.
