Business Development Representative

CompensationA competitive salary range of $40,000-$55,000 per year, plus incentives up to $50,000, depending on performance and effort invested. Flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement offered.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will spend approximately 90% of your time visiting grocery stores and distribution centers in Pleasanton, Sacramento, and San Jose. Your primary goal will be to sell new memberships and cross-sell products and services to existing and potential members, and their families. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and sales skills, as well as fluency in both English and Spanish.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must be able to function with minimal supervision, organize site visits efficiently, and possess in-depth knowledge of credit union products and services. Previous experience in a financial institution or sales position is preferred. We value self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
