Job Overview

This position entails advising potential clients and existing customers on health-related insurance products and services, ensuring they receive optimal solutions for their health and financial security. The successful candidate will support Medicare-eligible individuals in choosing the insurance coverage that aligns with their needs and assist clients throughout the enrollment process. Additionally, the role includes following up with clients to activate health insurance benefits, locating providers, and resolving various issues encountered while utilizing healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance to prospects and clients regarding health-related insurance products and services to deliver the best solutions for their health and financial security.
  • Assist Medicare-eligible individuals in identifying insurance coverage that suits their requirements.
  • Support customers during the enrollment process while addressing any inquiries related to insurance coverage.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to activate health insurance benefits, assist in finding providers, and troubleshoot various issues related to healthcare utilization.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • A dedicated and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and a consistent ability to meet deadlines.
  • Previous sales experience is not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • A valid Health and Life Insurance License is mandatory.
