As the Global TA Director, you'll play a key role in finding the right people who reflect our values and align with our clients, partners, and internal team's needs. As the head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in operationalizing our recruitment efforts to support our rapidly growing organization. We recognize the necessity of building a robust talent acquisition strategy to fuel our continued success. This role requires a strategic mindset, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate closely with our clients, internal hiring managers, and exec team to realize their immediate and future talent needs. What Will You Do Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategy: Understand our global and local needs so you can build and manage an integrated strategy across our distributed geographic locations. Collaborate with Sales, Clients, & internal hiring managers to identify key hiring needs across various departments and business units. Partner as the key service provider to internal stakeholders when defining roles, pooling, sourcing, and moving candidates through the experience while ensuring full transparency and visibility into progress on a role-by-role, region-by-region, and where appropriate, client-by-client basis. Keep accurate data on all talent acquisition initiatives. Analyze data and report findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies. Relationship and performance management of the recruitment service providers to ensure effective service delivery as-and-when required. Forecast talent acquisition needs based on business growth plans. Operationalize Recruitment Processes: Design, optimize, and implement recruitment processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness (use data-driven insights and automation wherever possible). Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation. Own headcount plans to track progress and plan bandwidth of the talent acquisition team. Establish metrics and KPIs to track recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement. Prepare and present reports on recruitment data, activities, trends, and outcomes. Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Develop and mentor TA Leaders providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Establish performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Measuring TA metrics for monitoring performance (e.g. time-to-hire, source-of-hire etc.). Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the talent acquisition team. Allocate resources and prioritize tasks to meet hiring demands across the organization. Partner with Clients and Internal Hiring Managers: Serve as a market expert. WOW our clients with your knowledge of the market and how we will land the talent they need. Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, understanding their talent needs and proactively developing recruitment plans to address them. Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers on recruitment progress, market trends, and candidate feedback. Enhance Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Establish an employer branding strategy to attract the right candidates to our openings. Enhance the candidate experience to influence Boldr's brand reputation and increase the Company's ability to deploy talent within agreed timelines. Monitor talent acquisition impacts and adjust methodologies to maintain high success rates. Develop and execute initiatives to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent to the organization. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Leverage employer branding efforts to differentiate our organization in the competitive talent marketplace. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent pipelines. Establish and manage partnerships with alumni associations, colleges and job boards. Participate in and host TA events for driving our company's awareness. DEI: Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process. Implement strategies to attract diverse talent. Identify essential impact sourcing partners across the globe to help further our mission of community support and empowerment. WHAT WE'LL LIKE ABOUT YOU YOU HAVE... 8+ years Experience in TA with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Experience in 2+ geos strongly preferred). Experience with high-volume recruitment is required. BPO or Staffing Agency Experience preferred. Proven track record of successfully scaling recruitment efforts in a high-growth environment. A commitment to taking a systems and process-based approach to support our extraordinary growth and scale in a way that makes you a valued, trusted, consultative partner to all leaders who are looking to expand their teams. Experience managing employer branding initiatives and the full cycle of the talent management process. Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools (e.g. professional platforms, social networks, LinkedIn). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to analyze and make data-driven decisions. Ability to influence employees at all levels to support your strategies. Exceptional relationship building, verbal and written communication skills paired with strong business acumen. Ability and willingness to work nightshift. We work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
