Position Overview

This position entails engaging with potential clients and existing customers regarding health-related products and services, ensuring they receive optimal solutions for their health and financial security. The ideal candidate will support Medicare-eligible individuals in choosing the insurance plans that align with their specific needs and assist clients throughout the enrollment process. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with following up with clients to activate health insurance benefits, locate providers, and resolve various issues encountered while utilizing healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients and existing customers regarding health-related products and services to ensure optimal solutions for their health and financial security.
  • Support Medicare-eligible individuals in selecting insurance plans that best fit their requirements.
  • Assist clients during the enrollment process, addressing any inquiries related to insurance coverage.
  • Follow up with clients to activate health insurance benefits, assist in finding providers, and troubleshoot various issues related to healthcare utilization.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • A proactive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong time management skills and a consistent ability to meet deadlines.
  • No prior sales experience is necessary; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • A valid Health and Life Insurance License is mandatory.
