Position Overview

This position entails engaging with potential clients and existing customers regarding health-related insurance products and services, ensuring optimal solutions for their health and financial needs. The ideal candidate will support individuals eligible for Medicare in selecting the most suitable insurance plans and assist clients throughout the enrollment process. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with following up with clients to activate their health insurance benefits, locate healthcare providers, and resolve any issues encountered while accessing healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospects and clients to discuss health-related insurance products and services, providing tailored solutions for their health and financial needs.
  • Assist Medicare-eligible individuals in identifying insurance coverage that aligns with their requirements.
  • Support clients during the enrollment process, addressing any inquiries regarding their insurance options.
  • Follow up with clients to facilitate the activation of health insurance benefits, assist in finding providers, and troubleshoot various healthcare-related issues.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective time management skills and a consistent ability to meet deadlines.
  • No prior sales experience is necessary; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • A valid Health and Life Insurance License is mandatory.
