Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Rogers Agency. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven and goal-oriented
