About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Fulfillment Manager to join our team at Gates Corporation. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for enabling and managing the global fulfillment team to provide an excellent, customer-centric experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for orderbook health, ensuring orders are released on time and information flow across all relevant business units.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and forecast sales, contributing to the management of inventory health and financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, focusing on scalability and driving significant growth.
  • Manage order fulfillment processes, overseeing the sales process to ensure it's optimized and running smoothly.
  • Conduct negotiations with customers, explaining complex and sensitive information, and working to build consensus.
About You
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 8 years of progressive fulfillment/customer service (or relevant field) experience
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Proven analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • Distinguished people leader
  • Oracle ERP experience preferred
  • Strong BI capabilities with demonstrated system experience
  • Passion for technical product understanding
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organization skills
  • 10% travel, 1-2 global trips per year
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
What We Offer
  • Full-Time: $110,000 - $120,000
  • Bonus Eligible
  • Relocation is not provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
