About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Project Manager to join our team at Gates Corporation. As a key member of our global pricing team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the roll-out of Oracle CPQ and other pricing tools across multiple regions and countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of multiple Oracle CPQ projects globally.
  • Establish and articulate global and regional strategies for Oracle CPQ and pricing tools/systems.
  • Develop a standardized project/program management process applicable across different types of projects and multiple regions.
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and manage risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines for new initiatives.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the Gates Oracle CPQ business environment and industry best practices.
  • Communicate KPIs, project statuses, issues, and goals to ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum: BS/BA with 5 years of project management experience.
  • Preferred: BS/BA with 8 years of project management experience.
  • Project Management of a software/system implementation experience required, CPQ preferred.
  • Fundamental understanding of business concepts, pricing concepts, and financial metrics with the ability to manage complex, highly detailed projects.
  • Organized, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and flexible to accommodate changing business needs.
  • Self-motivated, capable of seeking quality solutions, and continuously focusing on process improvements.
  • Strong aptitude for improving processes, managing projects, and collaborating with multiple teams within a global organization.
  • Capable of building relationships, communicating effectively, and contributing to a highly cross-functional team environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer and PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
What We Offer
  • Full-Time.
  • Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000.
  • Bonus Eligible.
  • Relocation is not provided.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, and other voluntary benefit options.
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match.
  • Tuition Reimbursement.
