About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing organization, you will be responsible for managing our global customer relationships with large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and customer value
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and manage sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on global account management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
