This role is pivotal in achieving and surpassing sales targets while expanding our corporate clientele. The Corporate Sales Executive will actively nurture existing client relationships, forge new connections, and consistently seek out new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will strategically plan quarterly initiatives, collaborating with clients and colleagues to organize wellness programs, events, and communications that enhance the corporate member experience and align with clients' health and wellness goals.
Successful candidates will possess a comprehensive understanding of the club's offerings and remain informed about trends in the corporate wellness industry to effectively promote Equinox's services.
Above all, the Corporate Sales Executive must excel in relationship-building, organizational skills, teamwork, and maintaining strong connections with both prospective and current clients to drive corporate growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales objectives
• Manage accounts and administrative tasks
• Acquire new accounts and negotiate contracts
• Develop an annual wellness calendar with events and communications for corporate partners
• Create and support marketing strategies to generate leads on a national level
• Cultivate relationships with various stakeholders within corporate accounts, including HR, department heads, C-level executives, and internal influencers to strengthen partnerships and enhance business opportunities
• Identify and pursue new business prospects, including current members and potential clients
• Lead the corporate sales strategy at the club level and facilitate daily goal-setting with management
• Mentor and develop membership advisors in the corporate sales approach
• Organize and execute multiple corporate events and workshops to generate leads both in-club and externally.
