About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Marketing Strategist to join our team at Printful. As a Paid Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive e-commerce sales for our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns on paid channels such as Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and affiliate marketing.
  • Optimize paid marketing campaigns for performance across channels, including keyword selection, bid strategies, social media audiences, and creative.
  • Develop and maintain profitable paid marketing programs driving an optimal return on advertising spend.
  • Determine the most effective marketing mix to drive revenue for each client and propose incremental budgets as needed.
  • Monitor analytics and produce regular reports that draw actionable insights from data, presenting these reports to clients and fielding questions about the results.
  • Leverage data from multiple sources to understand the customer journey and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes, standards, and best practices, implementing these changes in your day-to-day work and communicating them to clients and the internal team.
Requirements
  • BA/BSc in Marketing or related field.
  • 1+ years minimum experience in at least one of the following paid channels: Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, or affiliate marketing.
  • E-commerce experience is a plus, as is agency experience.
  • Self-starter with the ability to self-teach and proficiency with analytic tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to maintain excellent colleague and client relationships.
