Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee large-scale scientific infrastructure and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Strategically plan and oversee research initiatives, fostering collaborations with academic, governmental, and industrial partners.
  • Work closely with the director to shape the center's vision, secure funding, and ensure the successful execution of projects.
Requirements:
  • Master's or other advanced degree in science, engineering, or business management.
  • Seven years of management or related experience.
  • Understanding of fusion technology and related scientific fields.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and research leadership experience.
  • Experience managing complex research projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for extensive interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Discretion and judgment with confidential information and/or issues.
