- Work closely with the director to shape the center's vision, secure funding, and ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Master's or other advanced degree in science, engineering, or business management.
- Seven years of management or related experience.
- Understanding of fusion technology and related scientific fields.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and research leadership experience.
- Experience managing complex research projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for extensive interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Discretion and judgment with confidential information and/or issues.
