Property Maintenance Specialist

As a vital member of our property service team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and functionality of the communities we oversee. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

  • Repairing roofing structures
  • Maintaining siding
  • Cleaning and repairing gutters
  • Installing and fixing windows
  • Managing door repairs
  • Conducting wood replacements
  • Performing light plumbing tasks
  • Executing light electrical work
  • Carrying out general property upkeep
  • Applying HVAC knowledge (required)
  • Handling appliance repairs (required)

Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our operations. As the primary contact for a wide range of maintenance inquiries, you will strive to resolve issues efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

While your initial focus will be on delivering exemplary maintenance services, as you gain experience and enhance your skills, you will have the opportunity to engage in various trades. You will be encouraged to learn from your colleagues in our dynamic team.

About You:

You possess a degree or certification in a relevant field, along with significant experience in property maintenance. Your hands-on expertise, tool proficiency, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

A valid driver's license is mandatory. Additionally, qualifications in customer service support would be beneficial, as well as a strong understanding of maintenance services and safety standards.

Specialized experience in one or more maintenance operations, trades, or construction is highly valued.

Your mechanical aptitude and professional demeanor will be critical in troubleshooting and providing practical solutions to maintenance challenges, especially in high-pressure situations.

Moreover, you are well-organized and take pride in your work. Your collaborative and adaptable approach will foster strong relationships with our community association managers and the residents we serve. You will also be capable of working independently on assigned tasks and projects.
