The Program Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the property management team by ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the property management team with routine operational tasks.

Physical Demands

  • Frequent kneeling, bending, standing, and climbing stairs.
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a background check and adherence to program-specific requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • A high school diploma is mandatory; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of office experience is required, with 2 years being preferred.
  • Certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist is necessary.
