The Program Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the property management team by ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the property management team with routine operational tasks.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.

Physical Demands

  • Frequent kneeling, bending, standing, and climbing stairs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • A high school diploma is mandatory; an Associate's degree is preferred.
