**Job Summary**

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production and facility equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform emergency repairs during operations and scheduled maintenance during machine downtime to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Rebuild and maintain equipment in the tool room, including Baird presses, eyelet machines, and other machinery.
  • Perform tasks typical of a machinist, including reading and interpreting critical documents such as equipment logs, documentation, blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Conduct routine tests and qualifications on equipment and document the results to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Report any suspicious or hazardous conditions to a supervisor immediately to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure quality and safety by following all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Perform basic welding and carry out simple sheet metal fabrication tasks to support equipment maintenance and repair.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
