Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking water chemistry, and inspecting equipment for damage or wear.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with pool and hot tub equipment, including pumps, heaters, and control systems.
  • Install and upgrade pool and hot tub equipment and accessories according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pool and hot tub maintenance, repair, or installation preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of pool and hot tub equipment, systems, and components.
  • Familiarity with water chemistry principles and treatment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
