We are seeking a skilled Pool Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Home Oasis Pools & Hot Tubs. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for our customers' pool and hot tub equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking water chemistry, and inspecting equipment for damage or wear.
- Diagnose and repair issues with pool and hot tub equipment, including pumps, heaters, and control systems.
- Install and upgrade pool and hot tub equipment and accessories according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pool and hot tub maintenance, repair, or installation preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of pool and hot tub equipment, systems, and components.
- Familiarity with water chemistry principles and treatment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
