Financial Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team at Talently Recruiting. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures to ensure adherence to GAAP standards
  • Manage financial systems to ensure data quality and accessibility
  • Collaborate with other departments to evaluate complex issues such as mergers and acquisitions, revenue recognition, and financial reporting matters
  • Develop and implement changes to accounting processes to drive efficiency
  • Maintain and update significant accounting policies to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in public accounting or 4+ years of experience in corporate accounting
  • SEC filing and regulatory experience
  • Strong financial reporting experience
  • Financial services or banking industry experience
