The Front Office Representative is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest registrations and transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to make informed recommendations to guests
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback in a constructive and empathetic way, using problem-solving skills to find solutions
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to arrange for services and amenities requested by guests
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
  • Process customer payments and handle cash handling responsibilities
  • Answer and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software systems
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
