Key Responsibilities- Process guest registrations and transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to make informed recommendations to guests
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in a constructive and empathetic way, using problem-solving skills to find solutions
- Work collaboratively with other departments to arrange for services and amenities requested by guests
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Process customer payments and handle cash handling responsibilities
- Answer and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Strong customer service skills and experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software systems
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time
