Job Title: Front Office/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Office/Customer Service Representative to join our team at BBSI.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations and client-facing duties with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous service to clients.
  • Recommend products and services to clients, taking orders from walk-in customers and handling incoming communications efficiently.
  • Utilize advanced data entry skills, including proficiency in 10-key data entry.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities with a high level of organization and time management.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Ability to identify and work with various object sizes and dimensions, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in 10-key data entry and basic computer skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
