Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process room reservations, check-in, and check-out, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a diplomatic and efficient manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of our guests.
  • Operate a computer system to manage guest information, room assignments, and other hotel operations.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the front office, with frequent use of a computer and other office equipment.
