About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tenant Delinquency and Evictions Specialist.

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, property management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with property management software and systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess tenant situations and determine appropriate actions.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing tenant delinquencies and developing effective collection procedures.
  • Maintaining open and professional communication with tenants regarding their delinquencies.
  • Initiating and overseeing the eviction process in accordance with Philadelphia's tenant laws and regulations.
  • Visiting occupied properties for delinquency and wellness checks, as needed.
  • Staying updated on Philadelphia's eviction laws, regulations, and tenant rights.
