Compensation Package
This exciting role comes with a competitive salary of $54,000 to $70,000 per annum, including a $2,000 sign-on bonus. About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Exceptional Community Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality resident records, collecting and posting rents, preparing lease renewals, and ensuring seamless communication with residents. Your excellent customer service skills and experience in accounting and bookkeeping will enable you to effectively manage financial tasks, including rent collection, lease renewals, and notices. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with local market trends, stepping into a lead role when necessary, and consistently walking the property to identify potential maintenance concerns. Your primary objective will be to create an exceptional living experience for residents by promptly addressing service requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year's experience in property management, preferably with a proven track record of success.
- Outstanding first-class customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional support to residents.
- Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping, including proficiency in industry software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of leasing and resident retention strategies, with a passion for details and strong time management skills.
- Creativity in contributing marketing ideas to the team.
- Possession of a polished professional appearance and a college degree or equivalent experience.
