Job Summary

As a Document Fulfillment Specialist at Randstad, you will be responsible for processing digital and paper documents to meet customer needs. This critical role involves working closely with internal and external customers and vendors to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and package printed documents for various customers

Follow Standard Operating Procedures and meet service level agreements set by customers

Handle packages that require extra attention, such as highlighting for signature and dates or placing into folders with added inserts

Operate a small insertion machine, Neopost, and shredding machine

Enter time management information, attend meetings, and use Teams App and Outlook

Requirements

Basic computer knowledge and navigation skills

Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 40 lbs., and perform other physical tasks

Strong verbal and written communication skills
