Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Ambassador to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
  • Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
