Regional Sales Leader

We are seeking a Sales Manager to take charge of our sales initiatives in the Pennsylvania market. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong sales background and the ability to lead a dynamic team.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Oversee daily operations of the sales team in the region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to project future sales volumes and profitability.
- Conduct training and mentorship for team members to improve performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of four years of sales experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some post-secondary education.
- Five years of proven sales success, particularly in the gaming or bingo sector.
- Experience in managing client relationships.
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs occasionally.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Outstanding customer service and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
