**Job Summary**

ResourceMFG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for working with the production team to manufacture proprietary products, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with the production team to manufacture proprietary products, adhering to clearly laid out production guidelines and directions from supervisors.
  • Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures and workflows, working closely with the quality team.
  • Assemble, pack, and label finished goods in preparation for shipment, ensuring accurate and timely completion of production orders.
  • Establish and follow Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures across production processes and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain machines and equipment used in bottling production lines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Feed raw materials into machines, operate machines, measure and classify raw materials, and perform recurring testing of finished materials for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain an inventory of raw materials and goods in the factory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Food Science, Nanotechnology, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Chemistry preferred.
  • Productive experience in flavor and food ingredient production, with a multi-year track record of innovation in an industry environment.
  • Experience in a GMP environment, with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
