About the Role

Frazer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Production Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and support of our facilities and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, facilities systems, and building infrastructure.
  • Monitor and Resolve Maintenance Issues: Identify and resolve maintenance-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Lead a Team of Maintenance Technicians: Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Implement Preventive Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the inventory and supply chain management for maintenance-related materials and equipment.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production, quality, and other teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a facilities and production maintenance technician; 5+ years of experience leading and supervising a team of facility and production maintenance technicians.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of electrical principles, schematics, LOTO training, and Arc Flash best practices; experience with CMMS software such as Maximo, Fiix, or Upkeep; experience with ERP software such as Syteline.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
