  • Improve Quality and Efficiency: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and look for ways to improve and promote quality.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED, with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and cope with outdoor weather conditions.
  • Critical Competencies: Directable, Teamwork, Adaptability, Accountability, Reliability/dependability, Initiative, Safety awareness, and Continuous Improvement/Quality.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to outside weather elements. The job may require occasional work in a confined space, and exposure to vibrating tools.
