Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is crucial for ensuring that production processes are executed efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations within the production department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Lead and inspire a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions in the production flow.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and management to monitor performance and attendance.

- Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs.
