  • Manage diverse and moderately complex assignments
  • Utilize judgment to compile and organize information from multiple sources while adhering to internal guidelines and procedures.
  • Support operational initiatives and collaborate with management on attendance and performance metrics.
  • Oversee and schedule workloads within the department.
  • Guide team members to work effectively and meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
  • Monitor and communicate daily performance targets.
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand while managing inventory levels.
  • Ensure work results positively impact departmental quality, productivity, service levels, and commitment fulfillment.
  • Standard shift hours are from 3 PM to midnight.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Strong computer and analytical skills are required. Familiarity with Demand Flow, Access, and Excel is preferred.

ABOUT YOU:
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Familiarity with Demand Flow, Access, and Excel is advantageous.
  • Internal candidates with current warnings or below attendance goals will not be considered for interviews.
  • The typical transition period for the successful candidate is 6 weeks.
  • Prior to extending a job offer, candidates must successfully complete a three-step interview process, background check, drug screening, and physical abilities assessment.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Direct team efforts and manage workloads to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
  • Facilitate team meetings focused on information sharing and continuous improvement.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this position, employees are frequently required to sit, use hands to manipulate objects, and communicate verbally. Employees must also stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds is required. Specific vision abilities necessary for this role include close vision. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The typical noise level in the workplace is moderate.
