Job Summary

This role is an exciting blend of supporting office operations and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a vibrant and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be a master multitasker, adept at juggling various responsibilities with finesse and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sourcing industry trends and share information with manager
  • Support events with pre-event and post-event reports and presentations
  • Input all facilities requests and track job orders to completion
  • Enforce company workplace policies
  • Support with the creation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual community engagement events
  • Maintain relationships with client contacts and solicit continuous feedback to improve operation
  • Serve as escalation for all previously communicated issues and concerns
  • Assist LOB with move logistics and space operation
  • Facilitate building tours for incoming clients and new hires
  • Maintain community manager brochure information
  • Log calls for issues to suppliers
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Capacity to work independently and successfully complete projects
  • Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic IT & AV skills
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
  • 2 years prior work experience required, preference to have an office services in a professional or corporate work environment, hospitality, or similar background
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems required for functions of position
  • Required to maintain an overall professional appearance and attitude
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures required
