Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize foundational principles and methodologies to address routine HR challenges while escalating complex issues to senior team members.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to support strategic consulting initiatives, producing actionable insights and deliverables for clients.
  • Maintain compliance with security protocols, requiring a Secret clearance for sensitive information access.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in human capital management, with a focus on competency modeling and career development.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and specific methodologies related to human resources.
  • Strong analytical skills to support the development of strategic recommendations.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Security Clearance:
