Position Overview:
The Director of ERP and CRM is a pivotal role within the IT leadership team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Applications. This position requires extensive expertise in MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, as well as MS Dynamics 365 CRM. A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in these areas is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with functional leaders to develop comprehensive roadmaps for Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM.
2. Oversee the successful execution of the ERP and CRM project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. Establish and lead the creation of technical standard operating procedures and work instructions.
4. Manage a highly skilled global team to support scalability and growth.
5. Implement standards for evaluating the quality and reliability of business applications.
6. Foster a culture of partnership and continuous improvement across the organization.
7. Lead and mentor the ERP and CRM team, driving their professional development.
8. Coordinate end-user training and develop necessary documentation and training materials.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing complex systems implementation projects.
- Functional knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM capabilities.
- Experience with integrating third-party solutions with Dynamics 365.
- A bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Over 12 years of application management experience, including 2+ years in a large international organization.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Compensation:
The salary for this role ranges from USD 140,000 to USD 210,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
