Role Summary As the Operations Support Manager, you will lead and oversee four pivotal teams: Application Support Engineers, Client Operations Support Specialists, Salesforce CRM Administrators, and a Business Analyst. This position demands a proactive leader who is not only experienced in managing teams but also possesses a strong technical background relevant to the operations and processes utilized by these teams.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
