This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of product strategies, managing product development from discovery through to launch, and ensuring our solutions align with market needs and business goals.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to refine product requirements, oversee the development process, and contribute to successful product delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a strong passion for product management, with experience in managing complex product initiatives, translating customer needs into actionable features, and leveraging data to inform decision-making.

This role offers significant opportunities for growth and advancement within the Finexio Product team for those who excel in contributing to product success.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the development of product vision and strategy, providing insights from market research, customer feedback, and performance data, and collaborating with senior leaders to ensure the product roadmap aligns with the broader strategic goals of Finexio.

Additionally, you'll lead product discovery initiatives, validating new ideas, gathering data, and identifying opportunities that can influence product strategy.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritize product features based on business goals, define product specifications, manage development timelines, and address technical challenges.

Ensure that product features meet high-quality standards and deliver on the defined acceptance criteria, regularly update stakeholders on product progress, performance, and any adjustments to the roadmap or strategic plans.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions, provide recommendations for future product enhancements based on performance analysis and market trends.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong understanding of product management best practices, including market research, product discovery, and roadmap development.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance, proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, and data analysis platforms like Tableau, Power BI.

Passionate about building products that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value, with the ability to maintain personal administrative duties and task manage in an ambiguous and remote environment.

Remote work competencies include proficiency in asynchronous communication and project management tools, clear and concise communication across all channels, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and changes in workflow.
