Job Summary

My Health Onsite is seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to patient inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate and efficient responses.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, obtain pertinent details, and maintain accuracy in data.
  • Patient Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and medical providers to ensure seamless care.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as preparing correspondence, reviewing patient schedules, and coordinating medical records.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: Prior experience in a medical setting and with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and working knowledge of medical terminology
