  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental KPIs and performance goals.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: Prior experience in a medical setting and with an EMR
  • Skills: Working knowledge of medical terminology, excellent customer service skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
