Job Title: Public Relations Manager

Quadrant Inc is seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative communications strategies to achieve project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing communications strategies to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Serving as a brand gatekeeper for Federal agencies/projects and creating brand-aligned marketing materials.
  • Managing and writing internal and external communications materials, ensuring message consistency and accuracy.
  • Creating materials for print and digital content that translate research findings for use by key stakeholder groups and audiences.
  • Developing and designing collateral material to educate multiple target audiences.
  • Managing and creating website content.
  • Using data and analyzing it to support storytelling.
  • Developing and managing social media for selected projects.
  • Performing communications research and monitoring the progress of various communications strategies.
  • Conducting market research to support audience segmentation and messaging.
  • Conducting user experience testing to inform plans and strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Public Relations/Communications.
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar creative software).
  • Graphic design skills.
  • Accessible content/Section 508 or WCAG 2.0.
  • Competency with Drupal and HTML based websites.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
