The ideal candidate will support the FCPS mission to inspire, enable, and empower students to meet high academic standards, lead ethical lives, and demonstrate responsible citizenship.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet the unique needs of students
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
* Assess and evaluate student progress, making data-driven decisions to inform instruction
* Provide professional development and support to teachers and staff on best practices in speech-language pathology

Requirements:

* Must meet the license requirements of the Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology
* Must have a strong understanding of FCPS policies and procedures
* Must be able to work effectively in a team environment

Salary:

Starting at $62,135
