Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope and timeline to ensure successful delivery of customer experience initiatives
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to drive Agile project management
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration to ensure seamless project execution
  • Be the point of contact for external communications, including client and stakeholder interactions
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests, ensuring timely delivery of customer experience solutions
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur, ensuring project momentum and progress
  • Help teams implement changes effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Guide creative teams to higher scrum maturity, enhancing their ability to deliver customer experience solutions
  • Perform other reasonable or necessary activities required by management or leadership to drive project success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or computer science
  • 8+ years of experience working as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital environment
  • Scrum Master Certification, demonstrating expertise in Agile project management
  • Demonstrable skills in managing projects of high risk and complexity, including timeline and budget management
  • Expertise in leading strategic discussions and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Track record of working at depth within a client services organization, preferably on projects with top-tier consulting firms or design agencies
  • Proven understanding of technology development and the design lifecycle
  • Expert knowledge of the end-to-end process for delivering design and user experience deliverables
  • Ability to jump into and manage many different categories of work, ensuring adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong presence and command of a room, driving effective communication and collaboration
  • This is a remote position with the ability to travel, as needed
