Qualifications:
At least 4 years of relevant experience in large organizations managing multiple projects and teams.

A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Candidates must indicate their local availability or willingness to relocate.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with the Account PMO Manager to adhere to established processes and quality assurance standards.


Key responsibilities encompass leading project teams in the development and oversight of comprehensive Microsoft Project Work Plans, including milestones, deliverables, and associated work products.

This role requires a solid understanding of the system development lifecycle (SDLC), various scheduling methodologies (agile/waterfall), contract requirement analysis, critical path management, and downstream impact assessments.

Coordinate closely with PMO and project teams to ensure timely and accurate schedule updates.

Generate and maintain both detailed and summary reports reflecting milestones, deliverables, Microsoft Project work plans, and work products.

Conduct thorough quality reviews of deliverables and work products to ensure compliance with submission standards.

Collaborate with project teams to identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and concerns.

Manage the submission and tracking of account deliverables and work products.

Possess the ability to create reports, transcribe meeting minutes, develop presentations, and perform research as necessary.

Proactively anticipate the needs of others to facilitate a seamless and positive experience.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).

Demonstrated collaboration and customer service skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple project teams and leaders.

Understanding of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC).

Exceptional organizational, prioritization, planning, and administrative skills.

Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

A proactive approach to creating positive experiences for colleagues.

Strong computer skills, particularly in typing.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with project tracking tools such as JIRA and Jama is preferred.
