Key Responsibilities- Supervise employees' day-to-day tasks and provide customer support in escalated situations.
- Manage overall workflows of the workplace and schedule/coordinate meetings with team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address employee and customer concerns.
- Develop strategies for workflow policies and achievements and provide clear direction for team leaders and staff.
- Analyze and utilize data to make informed decisions and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field.
- 5 years of leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey information effectively and work independently as well as with a team.
- Superb time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively and impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to take direction from high-level positions and proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Exceptional multitasking ability and a desire to further your professional development in our field.
