Job Summary

SP+ is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facility Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of assigned locations, ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of assigned locations, including supervising frontline staff and ensuring customer interaction is handled professionally.
  • Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction, and engage in the development of property-level financial and operational goals.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have, and report any known accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
  • Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate with a minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and deal with unexpected events.
