As a key member of our financial center team, you will be responsible for managing a financial center in collaboration with senior team members, supporting the operational excellence of the center and ensuring that all aspects run effectively and cohesively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of the teller line
  • Ensure adherence to day-to-day policy and procedure
  • Improve financial center performance through coaching and leadership
  • Manage client traffic and foster client retention
  • Drive operational excellence by engaging employees on business strategy
  • Manage organizational priorities and effective execution

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
  • Collaborative and effective communicator with strong relationships skills
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Confident in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
  • Experience in mortgage, retail and/or hospitality
  • Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded
