Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to deepen customer relationships and drive revenue growth
Lead a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed about Fifth Third's products, services, and internal resources
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, leadership, or a related field
Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience in a sales environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze credit and financial information and make sound decisions
