Financial Center Manager

This role is responsible for managing a financial center and its employees on a day-to-day basis.
Key responsibilities include operating as a business owner and fostering a team environment, instilling an effective client-centric and risk culture in the center, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
As a Financial Center Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Creating an inclusive team where members are treated fairly and respectfully.
- Demonstrating and expecting process knowledge, data-driven decisions, simplicity, and continuous improvement.
- Leading and encouraging the identification, escalation, and resolution of potential risks.
- Delivering results through effective team management, structure, and routines.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader who can:

- Have the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Interpret performance results, find opportunities to drive success, and hold others accountable to results.
- Be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions is a plus.
Bilingual skills are also a plus.
