HVAC Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Professional to join our team at Johnson Controls. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to HVAC contractors in the assigned market.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of direct outside sales experience and a strong understanding of the sales process and cycle. You will be self-motivated with a high energy level and a desire to achieve goals beyond what is required.
As a key member of our team, you will develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet, while recruiting new customers into the York family to increase market share. You will represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct, promoting the JCI portfolio in the assigned market.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards, location, and job requirements.
