About the Role

This position is based in Charlotte and involves working with a high volume of customers to provide pricing, product information, and order assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking orders and educating customers on products offered by CRG.
  • Corresponding with customers via email and phone to resolve inquiries and place orders.
  • Building relationships with recurring customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Researching parts and products to enter accurate orders into QuickBooks.
  • Learning proprietary software used by customers to improve service efficiency.
  • Resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner and responding to requests for product and pricing information.
  • Assisting customers at the will-call counter and performing data entry tasks.

Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary for success in this position.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in Customer Service is required, with the automotive industry being a plus.
  • QuickBooks experience and knowledge of car makes and models are also desirable qualifications.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account the cost of living in Charlotte and the level of expertise required for the role.
